THE DREAM IS NOT OVER (YOU ARE ONLY TIRED)

O, you can hear me? ❤️

When the Road Gets Rough

Sometimes, life will make you feel like giving up. The road becomes rough. The journey becomes longer than you expected. The people you thought would walk with you disappear. Your prayers seem unanswered, your efforts seem unnoticed, and your heart becomes tired of trying.

But listen to me carefully:

A rough road does not mean the destination has disappeared.

A vehicle that parks to buy fuel has not abandoned its destination. It is only stopping to refuel. So if you are tired, rest.

Rest Is Not Quitting

Rest does not mean you have quit. Crying does not mean you are weak. Taking a break does not mean you have failed.

A lion that rests has not become a goat.🦁

Sometimes, we confuse exhaustion with failure. We look at our tiredness and conclude that we are losing. But tiredness is not the receipt of defeat.

Tiredness is the proof of effort.

You are tired because you have been fighting.

You are tired because you have been trying.

You are tired because you have carried things nobody knows about.

So please, don't insult yourself for needing rest.

There are people who quit in a season where they were supposed to rest. Don't be one of them.

If you need to cry, cry.

If you need to breathe, breathe.

If you need to step back for a moment, step back.

Then, when your strength returns, continue.

Because the destination is still there.

NOT ALL PROGRESS MAKES NOISE

One of the hardest lessons in life is understanding that growth does not always come with applause.

Sometimes, you are growing in silence.

Nobody is clapping.

Nobody is celebrating you.

Nobody even knows what you are becoming.

But growth is still growth without applause.

The fruit has not appeared yet, but that does not mean the tree is not growing.

Fruit never show no mean say the fruit no dey grow.🌱

Don't judge your entire life by what you can see today.

Some of the biggest things happening in your life are happening beneath the surface. Roots grow in darkness before fruits appear in public.

Capacity first, then cargo later.

God may be preparing you for something you are not yet ready to carry.

So don't rush the process.

Don't look for harvest during planting season.

Don't look for applause during preparation.

Don't look for validation while you are still becoming.

There is a season for planting, a season for growing, and a season for harvesting.

SOME OF YOUR PROGRESS IS INVISIBLE

When you stop reacting to everything, that's progress.

When you stop chasing people, that's progress.

When you stop begging people to stay, that's progress.

When you stop seeking everyone's approval, that's progress.

When you stop explaining yourself to people who have already decided to misunderstand you, that's progress.

When you choose peace over proving a point, that's progress.

When you finally understand that not everyone needs access to you, that's progress.

And when you stop chasing validation and start believing in yourself, that's growth.

Not every progress dey make noise.

Some of the greatest transformations in your life will happen quietly.

One day, you will look back and realize:

"I am not where I used to be."

And that alone will be enough to make you grateful.

DON'T MISTAKE RESISTANCE FOR REJECTION

Not every correct road be easy road.

And not every hard road is a wrong road.

Sometimes, the road is difficult because the destination is valuable.

Road rough doesn't mean say you wrong.

Potholes on the road don't have the power to change your destination.

You are mistaking resistance for rejection.

Just because it is difficult doesn't mean it isn't meant for you.

Just because the door hasn't opened yet doesn't mean it will never open.

Just because things are moving slowly doesn't mean they are not moving.

Sometimes, delay is preparation.

Sometimes, silence is preparation.

Sometimes, the struggle is building the capacity you will need for the blessing.

So keep going.

Adjust when necessary. Rest when necessary. Learn when necessary.

But don't abandon your dream simply because the road became uncomfortable.

YOUR STORY IS STILL BEING WRITTEN

Maybe right now, you don't have the money.

Maybe you don't have the connections.

Maybe you don't have the recognition.

Maybe people don't see your potential.

Maybe even you sometimes question yourself.

But don't let your current chapter convince you that it is the end of your story.

You are still becoming.

The seed does not look like the tree.

The beginning does not look like the ending.

The preparation does not look like the manifestation.

The person you are today may not be the person you will become tomorrow.

So keep learning. Keep building. Keep praying. Keep working. Keep believing.

And when you get tired, rest.... but don't quit.

THE DREAM IS NOT OVER

Because the dream is not over.

You are only tired.

Take your rest. Refuel your spirit. Gather yourself again. Then get back on the road.

Because where your destiny is going, that is where it is still going.

No pothole can redirect it.

No delay can erase it.

No critic can cancel it.

No season can destroy what God has ordained.

Get sense and you go make it. 💯

One day, the same people who never saw the struggle will see the fruit.

And when that day comes, you will understand why you had to survive every season that almost broke you.

Keep going, Man of Grace. 🙏🏽

Your story is not finished.

The dream is not over.

You are simply being prepared for the weight of what you prayed for.

Rest if you must. Cry if you must. Start again if you must.

But whatever you do....

DON'T GIVE UP ON A DESTINATION JUST BECAUSE THE ROAD IS ROUGH.

Not all progress is visible.

But invisible progress is still progress.

And your best chapter may still be ahead of you. ❤️‍🔥

A Prayer for the Weary

Father,

For everyone reading this who is tired, strengthen them. For everyone who is ready to quit, renew their hope. For everyone who cannot see their progress, open their eyes to how far they've come. Give them rest without guilt, and courage without pride. Let them know that the dream is not over...they are only tired. And like the lion, they will rise again. In Your name, Amen.
